Fabulous Cleaning Concept delivers premier, personalized residential and commercial cleaning across Orlando, Florida and surrounding Central Florida communities (including Lake Nona, Winter Park, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Winter Garden, Oviedo, Kissimmee, and Hunter's Creek). Online estimates and phone quotes are calculated using parameters such as home square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, service type, and initial cleanliness condition. Initial recurring visits may incur a one-time initial adjustment fee (typically $30) to bring the residence up to our maintenance standard.
Appointments are scheduled upon mutual confirmation via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You will receive an arrival window prior to your scheduled cleaning date.

Fabulous Cleaning Concept employs a strict color-coded microfiber and mop system to eliminate cross-contamination between bathrooms, food preparation kitchens, and living areas. We provide all commercial-grade, pet-safe cleaning solutions, freshly disinfected mop pads, HEPA vacuums, and single-use disposable toilet cleaning systems.

We stand firmly behind our work. If you notice any area or fixture that was overlooked or not cleaned to your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will promptly return to inspect and re-clean the specific area at no additional cost to you.
Payment is due upon completion of the service on the day of cleaning. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Check, or Cash.
When you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our quote form, or text us first, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Fabulous Cleaning Concept LLC regarding quote requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; after you send STOP you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
